How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Each phone case is uniquely made to fit your exact order, which can only begin after each order is placed. We try to send out orders within two days of recieving them. Once the order is sent out for shipping, you should receive an email with tracking information from the US Postal Service. Shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location in the US. For more information, check out our shipping policy under the About section!
Do you ship internationally?

Yes! CaseChick now ships worldwide! International shipping does not qualify for the free shipping promotion.
How are your cases made?

Our designs are applied to the cases using a process called Sublimation Printing. This method used ink and heat to transfer designs onto the case backing. This process creates vibrant colors that are very durable!
Can I request a color change to your design?

Yes! We are happy to change any background color of a design to fit your style. Leave a message in the comment box as you check out so we know what you would like! If you are looking for a larger change to our designs, consider placing a custom order!
Can I make a custom order?

Absolutely! We have an option to buy a custom order under our Shop section. We request that you already have your artwork/image prepared, as we do not create custom artwork for each order. Send your design to casechickcases@gmail.com after you place your order! We prefer images to be in .jpeg, .png, .tiff, or .pdf. Make sure your image is high-resolution (300 dpi) and large enough to fit on the phone case!
Can I request new designs for you to make?

Yes! We love hearing new ideas for case designs! Please email us at casechickcases@gmail.com if you have an idea!
