Returns and Exchanges
Return & Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange your item for a different case, we only accept exchanges/returns within the first week after your order was sent to you. For returns and exchanges, the item must be sent back in new condition with original packaging. We will refund you the price of the case back to your payment method. All international orders are final. Card Holders and Phone Grips are final; no returns or exchanges are allowed.

Shipping costs will be deducted from refunded payment.

Each Case Chick case is made to fit your order, and we hope you love them! But if a problem occurs with your order (such incorrect item or damage), please email us at casechickcases@gmail.com so we can make it right!
